HECKER custom-made plastic products to achieve success

You can expect a convincing production technology from your supplier partner. HECKER has various competent methods for customized / custom made plastic working / processing available for you now with the focus on transparent PLEXIGLAS ® / acrylic glass, MAKROLON ® + LEXAN ® / polycarbonate, VIVAK ® PETG and non-transparent plastics, also antistatic products out of PVC or polycarbonate

Tight tolerance requirements for your technical parts, among others CNC 5-axis milling machines in large format max. 3050 x 2050 x 700 mm for transparent plastics and other plastics.

Large-volume hot-air oven capacity max. 3100 x 2100 x 2100 mm (!) and special machines for hot-bending that is precise and protects the material, and for forming from PMMA and PC. Low-stress parts are treated with hot air in tempering ovens, i.e. tempered.

Technology highlight: cold bending Makrolon ® polycarbonate, special process for non-warping bending with high visual quality up to 3000 mm in length and extreme thickness 12 mm (!)

A rich variety of recipes provides above average results, e.g. visual TOP joining / gluing of polycarbonate / MAKROLON ® with high mechanical strength or with acrylic glass / plexiglass / PLEXIGLAS ®

Screen printing, engraving, sand blasting, fabricating subassemblies, special coating such as, e.g., antistatic, more scratch-proof surfaces, etc.
